Editorial Policy

Last updated:

This page describes how NAS Mail approaches the selection, production and maintenance of its editorial content.

Independence

NAS Mail editorial content is produced independently. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage and do not publish sponsored articles. We do not allow advertisers, software vendors or any third parties to influence the content of our articles or guides.

Where we mention a product, tool or service, it is because we believe it is relevant to the topic — not because of a commercial arrangement. Advertising displayed on this website (via Google AdSense) has no influence on editorial content.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure that content is accurate at the time of publication. Where we publish guidance that depends on external information — such as software features, regulatory requirements or industry practices — we review this information before publishing and indicate when content was last updated.

We correct errors when they are identified. If you believe a published article contains an inaccuracy, please contact us at info@nas-mail.com with the article title and the specific issue.

Content Standards

All content published on NAS Mail is intended to be practically useful to small business owners and office managers. We do not publish content designed primarily to generate traffic rather than provide genuine guidance. We do not use fabricated statistics, invented case studies or manufactured reviews.

Updates

We review and update published content when it becomes outdated. Updated articles carry an updated date. In some cases, older content that cannot be reliably updated is removed rather than left in place with incorrect information.
